  2. What is endurance?

Endurance is a citric acid based drink with an added multivitamin complex and amino acids. It has been designed specifically to help enhance the body’s ability to fight fatigue, recover faster and maintain mental alertness.

  3. What are the key active ingredients and effect?

The key active ingredient in Endurance is citric acid, in basic terms it converts fat to energy and may help enhance the body’s natural energy production. The effect aimed for is more energy longer and a sharper mind.

Citric acid is a key player in the tricarboxylic acid (TCA), which is part of a metabolic pathway involved in the chemical conversion of carbohydrates, fats and proteins into carbon dioxide and water to generate energy. The TCA cycle intermediaries decrease fatigue during prolonged exercise. In basic terms citric acid enhances your body’s production of its own energy. Read the full report and clinical trials done on citric acid here.

  1. Who should take endurance?

Endurance has been used by the military and elite athletes as a sports drink in Japan for almost two decades, it is also used by students to maintain mental concentration and white / blue collar workers to fight fatigue. It is suited to anyone that wants to last longer and stay alert for extended periods of time.

  2. The taste is quite bitter, why is that?

For many people Endurance does taste quite strong and acidic (especially after brushing teeth), it is described by others as an addictive taste. We find it becomes an acquired taste so we recommend to give it a chance if you find it quite strong initially. The acidic taste is the citric acid, we have balanced it the best we can to taste as good as possible while still gaining the maximum effect.

  1. Is it ok if we have gastric problems?

There are no known side effects we are aware of from people drinking Endurance however as it is quite a strong drink with an acidic base we do recommend if you are unsure to consult with your doctor prior to consumption.

  2. Does it work?

The key advantage with Endurance is it does what it says, it really works! We decided to use this formulation based on the huge amount of positive feedback Endurance received in terms of its effect, consumers have more energy with increased alertness over long periods of time.
