Caramel Choc Mud Cake

CARAMEL CHOC MUD CAKE

INGREDIENTS : SERVES 1 
- 1/3 cup almond flour (or almond meal)
- 1 tbsp sweetener
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/3 tsp baking powder
- 7-8 drops Vital Zing Caramel Milk Drops
- 2 tsp Welle Essentials Lights Out Salted Caramel Lattte (if you have it)

OPTIONAL 
Choc drops, cream, ice cream (whatever you'd like to serve with your mug cake!

INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients together & mix well to combine. Microwave in increments of 30 - 45 seconds until cooked through to your preference. I like approx 3-4 minutes across the increments to get to a cake-like consistency I love!!
