KETO CARAMEL ICED COFFEE CHIA PUDDING

Coffee lovers this one is for you!!!
This chia pudding is thick and creamy and the keto dalgona is soft and soooo fluffy it reminds me of a meringue. Tip: don’t have this as your dessert or you’ll don’t be able to sleep 😂
Ingredients (made night before):
60g chia seeds
2 tbs sugar free maple syrup
100g Greek yoghurt
250mls unsweetened almond milk
20g iced coffee protein powder - I used @bulknutrients (if you don’t have iced coffee flavour, use vanilla and an extra tsp of coffee powder)
15-20 drops @vitalzing caramel milk drops
1 tsp coffee - I used @nescafeanz
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Next day, pour the chia pudding into two cups and then make your dalgona just before you serve.
1 tbs coffee
1 tbs allulose
1 tbs boiling water
Using a handheld blender, whisk ingredients for at least 4 mins. The Dalgona should have tripled in size and become light and fluffy with firm peaks.
Top over the chia pudding and grate some keto friendly chocolate over it (I used @halo_sugar_ )
