Strawberry Crumble Chia Pudding
STRAWBERRY CRUMBLE CHIA PUDDING

BASE INGREDIENTS
(made night before):
60g chia seeds
2 tbs sugar free maple syrup
100g Greek yoghurt
270mls unsweetened almond milk
30g strawberry flavoured protein
10-15 drops Vital Zing Strawberry Milk Drops
TOPPING
1 tbs sugar free strawberry jam
Fresh strawberries sliced
20g vanilla collagen (crumble if possible)
METHOD
Whisk base ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Next day, pour the chia pudding into two cups. Spoon the jam on top and spread evenly. Add the sliced strawberries and top with the collagen crumble.
