Sweet & Sour Sauce

After seeing this recipe on @veale_kitchen I had to try this keto sweet and sour chicken and tofu, served on cooked cabbage and a side of asian greens cooked in sesame oil and garlic flakes. Love the innovation of Water Drops in sauces!

To make the keto sweet and sour sauce, I put the ingredients below in a small pot and simmered until the sweetener dissolved.

2/3 cups rice wine vinegar

1/2 cup honey substitute

1 tbs sweetener

1 tbs tamari sauce

2 tbs sugar free tomato sauce

10 drops of Vital Zing Pineapple Water Drops
