NO-TELLA PANNACOTTA

BANANA LAYER INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup thickened cream
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbs keto friendly sweetener - I used Allulose
1 tsp vanilla bean paste - I used @queenfinefoods
10 drops @vitalzing banana milk drops
1 tsp gelatine - I used @nutraorganics
1 tbs cold water

NO-TELLA LAYER INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup thickened cream
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup keto friendly hazelnut spread - I used @choczero
1 tsp gelatine
1 tbs cold water

METHOD

Banana layer
1. combine gelatine with cold water & allow to bloom for a few minutes.
2. Combine rest of banana layer ingredients in a small pot on medium heat & stir until sweetener dissolves & bring to a light simmer.
3. Add the bloomed gelatine & continue stirring until smooth.
4. Take off the heat & allow to cool slightly before evenly distributing into dessert cups.
5. Place in fridge to set for approx 1-3 hrs (until firm)

No-tella layer 
Same as banana layer method (Give it a taste and if you want it sweeter you can add more hazelnut spread or some Allulose). Once at room temperature pour over the banana layer & then refrigerate until set.


Top with berries, chopped hazelnuts & enjoy!
