Each 40ml bottle contains 10 doses. Just add 90 drops or 4ml added to 200ml of liquid. (Little hack for measuring, a teaspoon is roughly 5ml.) The reason we say ‘liquid’ is it can be added to your favourite smoothies, juices or soft drinks. For those wanting flavour, we recommend mixing with Vital Zing Water Drops so you can control the flavour intensity and mask the active ingredients to suit your taste.
